SF Cutters - SF Cutters are the world's first Final Cut Pro User's Group and now support all of Apple's ProApps. The Cutters have been meeting monthly for over 7 years now, offering speakers and experts in the post-production field. SF Cutters also has an active website, that in fact, you are reading right now!
BAWIFT.org - Bay Area Women in Film and Telvision helps women mediamakers connect, create and be inspired. BAWIFT offer creative and professional support to their members through monthly meetings, special events and a very active on-line community. This group was founded by Liza Seybold, who also co-founded SF Cutters.
MacFilmmakers.com - Macfilmmakers are an Apple User Group located in Silicon Valley. Their mission is to help filmmakers of all levels develop high quality content using a Macintosh-based workflow. While an emphasis of MacFilmmakers is post-production with Final Cut Studio, they also look at the entire production cycle from project development through distribution. Cool bonus? They meet on the Apple Campus.
